Covivitas Terms of Service
- Office Hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM excluding Holidays
- Rates
- Off Site Custom Programming - $150.00 /hr
- On Site Custom Programming - $200 / hr plus expenses
- After Hours or Weekend/Holiday hours – 1.5 times rate
- All work requests must be submitted through the form provided at the Covivitas website.
Upon completion of the form, a work order number will be assigned to your request.
- If the request requires a quote, a Covivitas representative will provide a written estimate within 72 hours of receipt of the completed form.
- All quotes are based on an hourly assessment of the work requested.
- If the client chooses to accept the quote, payment terms are 100 % prior to initiation of the project.
- No work will be initiated without a work order or a contract.
- All calls must go through the Covivitas toll free number 1-866-877-5678
- eChecker issues should be submitted to echecker@covivitas.com.
- All clients must provider remote access for Covivitas.
- Maintenance and enhancement contracts are available from Covivitas. Please contact Ray Navarro at Covivitas@covivitas.com.
